Official Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotion is offered by Tahitian Noni International; a wholly owned Morinda company, a Utah corporation.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. When you call the toll-free
Tahiti DreamTM number during business hours (9am to 12am Monday to Friday & 12noon to 8pm Saturdays... New York time),
you will be able to transfer to an operator and enter into the Tahiti Dream vacation
drawing.
3. Only one entry per household is permitted. All entries must be received
during the duration of the contest (January 1 to December 31, 2007). To be
eligible to enter, you must be 18 years of age or older. employees and the
immediate families of employees of Morinda, Inc. or its contest processor
are not eligible to enter.
4. The winner will be selected by an agent of Morinda, Inc. in a random
drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winners will be
notified by mail or by telephone at the option of Morinda, Inc. and its
agents within 60 days after each monthly drawing. The decisions of
Morinda, Inc.'s agent regarding eligibility, awarding of the prize, and
all other matters relating to the sweepstakes shall be final.
5. Morinda, Inc. must receive a minimum of 5000 eligible entries prior to
a drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries
received. The vacation, valued at $4000, includes round-trip airfare for
two and six nights lodging. the winner will be required to complete, sign,
and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within 14
days of prize notification. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the
winner.
6. If any prize notification is returned to Morinda, Inc. or its contest
processor as undeliverable or if the winner fails to return the affidavit
of eligibility and liability release within the prescribed time period or
otherwise fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the
sweepstakes, the Tahiti Dream vacation will be forfeited and an alternate
winner will be selected in a second or subsequent drawing.
7. Entries will be accepted from applicants from the United States. This
sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal,
state, and local regulation.
8. Neither Morinda, Inc. nor its contest processor shall be responsible
for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information regarding any entrant,
technical malfunctions, or undelivered or misdelivered mail.
9. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize offered constitutes
permission to use the winner's name, biological information, and/or
likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further
compensation.
10. If you would like to know the identity of the sweepstakes drawing's
winner, send a self-addressed envelope with appropriate postage affixed
to: Tahiti Dream Contest Winner Identity, c/o Morinda, Inc., P.O. Box
4000, Orem, UT 84059.
11. The Tahiti Dream vacation winner will be given a trip voucher to be
used within one year of date received.
12. If you sign up as a Morinda distributor, you must obtain your Tahiti
Dream confirmation number within 24 hours of sign-up. |
